The Council of Comics is an antagonistic group of Readers led by Dirko formerly and now under Skullcrusher who choose to put their Hero Book Heroes to work for them, attempting to create a “Nerd Utopia a.k.a. NerdTopia” by whatever means necessary.
History[]
After Dirk-O was appointed by Super Scott that given him more comic books to create his own team that works under his team, Comic council is born. However after attacking City Hall and failing, the Council of Comics are now independently working for themselves, no longer with Super Scott, in order to continue pursuing their Nerdtopia dream.

- Ironically, despite joining forces to stop being oppressed and bullied by others, they ended up becoming much worse than their oppressors.
- They view themselves as “chosen ones” of the Hero Books and treat Scott as a great and powerful god.
- Their original headquarters was Dirko’s basement, but eventually moved it to Papa Princess’s house in Season 2 due to the rest still living with their parents.
- Their anthem for the group is "Dawn is Coming" which the group waving their comic books for the revolution (Season 1, episode 10: "Revolution").
- None of their comic heroes are on them now, all of them were taken away from them.
