Plot[]
Dirk O has overthrown the city hall using the superheroes from the Hero Books. Mike, along with X, tries to stop Dirk O and his Council of Comics.

- Dirko and the Council of Comics attack City Hall using their Hero Book superheroes (Dirko/Sparkules, Skullcrusher/Ginseng Man, Papa Princess/Sugar Sugar Pang Pang, King Blockbuster/Toxo, Hot Button 81/Locust).
- Mike/Super Awesome Man and Lucy/X, along with Crying Man and Lucky, confronts Dirko and the Council of Comics, preparing to battle them.
