Personality

He's abit of a coward and a slob, easily distracted for a detective, especially since that is literal opposite of what one would expect someone with his job to be like. However, he'll still step up when the situation calls for it, and remains steadfast in his view that not every reader as evil.

He's chubby has brown curly hair, has moustache and wears glasses. he wears white suspenders

History

He works for the Police force as Detective, he once got saved by Scott himself and occasionally by Mike in present day. He often gets overwhelmed by the powers of Heroes during "heroes summoning cases", each time needing to be saved by another Reader.

His moral compass cause guilt for him when he tries to enforce orders to arrest all Readers, regardless of how they use their Hero Books, as he knows they aren't all evil, something he decides to talk about with Tara when trying to question her on her interview with "Super Awesome Man".

In Season 2 finale, he got caught in the big battle between the readers while trying to run away from all of them due Cynthia suddenly climbing into his passenger seat after mistaken him for a taxi driver, resulting in him been chased down by 3 groups.

Relationships

• Scott Weller: Scott saved Colton in the past from getting shot and further injuries, greatly shaping his perception of Readers in the present day.
• Mike: Mike has also saved Colton's life at times from the action of other Readers.
• Tara Tyler: Colton consults with her his doubt on whether all Readers are evil or not to her after watching her interview.
• McCuffin: McCuffin and Colton are old friends who have worked together for years. Even though they have differing views on Hero Books and Readers, they calmly and civilly discuss the issue with each other, and respect what the other has to say on the matter. The Police Inspector also views Colton as the best guy he has on the force.

Trivia

• According to @HeroOutside, the police might be interested in using Hero Books themselves and teaming up with Super Awesome Man & X, especially since Super Scott is still on the loose, but would do so cautiously
